For account, rewrite, or subscription help, email us. Include your device platform and a short description of what happened. Do not include passwords or sensitive text.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Use Restore Purchases in Profile if an active subscription is missing.

Open Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your Loryni account, synced styles and favorites, linked service records, and that account’s local history on the current device. Cancel an active store subscription separately to stop future billing. If you cannot access the app, use the public deletion request page.
